We've always wanted to build a caring community, not just a store. Through conversations with our customers, we've met people who seem to be going through a difficult time, or who could simply use someone to listen.

We can't promise to make everything better. But we hope that, through a little time, attention, and kindness, we might bring a small glimmer of light to someone's day.

This is a community-minded initiative offered at a modest price: $10 USD for one day of email companionship. Your payment purchases the service described here; it is not a charitable donation.

The $10 goes to the person who spends that time talking with you. It's a small personal reward for being a kind human, a thank-you for their time, care, and willingness to listen.

Just supporting humans

We are not psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, or licensed counselors. We have no professional mental-health qualifications. We're simply a group of supporting humans offering friendly conversation and a listening ear. You'll be talking with a real person, not an AI chatbot.

You can tell us about your day, share something that's been on your mind, or simply have a friendly conversation. You don't need to have the right words to start.

How it works

• $10 USD, one-time payment, for one day of email companionship.
• After purchase, our team will contact you at the email address used for your order.
• Your service starts with our first support email and lasts 24 hours. Replies are provided only during the response hours below, not around the clock.
• This is an email-only service, not live chat, phone calls, or video calls. No physical product is included.

Our response hours

7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Hong Kong time (UTC+8). During these hours, we'll reply as quickly as possible and aim to respond within one hour. Messages received outside these hours will be answered when response hours resume.

Your day of email companionship begins the day after your purchase, based on Hong Kong time (UTC+8). We’ll email you after purchase to confirm your service date. On that day, we’ll be available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Hong Kong time and aim to reply within one hour during those hours.

Your privacy matters

Sharing something personal takes trust. We will treat what you share with care, respect, and discretion, and keep your email conversations confidential within the team members who need access to provide this service.

We will not publish your messages or use your story, name, or screenshots in marketing without your explicit permission.

We’re supporting humans, not licensed mental-health professionals. This is not a therapist–client relationship, and we cannot promise absolute confidentiality in every circumstance. Please also remember that email is not a completely secure channel, so avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other highly sensitive information.

No sexual content or requests. No foul language, harassment, or abusive messages. Please keep our conversations respectful.

What this service cannot provide

This is informal human companionship, not professional counseling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. It is not a crisis service and cannot provide emergency support. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline rather than waiting for an email reply.
